You can combine styles and requested sizes in one Jersey Stockroom enquiry. Add each style to your list, enter the size and quantity for that row, and send the complete list through WhatsApp. Mixed versions are priced against the complete list.
One reference and size per row
Use the product page link and catalogue reference together. If a customer wants the same shirt in two sizes, add it twice so each size has its own quantity. Do not use a club name alone: different seasons, versions and designs can share the same club.
| Reference | Requested size | Quantity | Request |
|---|---|---|---|
| PLAYER-12 | M | 2 | No printing |
| PLAYER-12 | L | 1 | Confirm name and number |
| RETRO-10 | M | 3 | Confirm measurements |
Set your substitution rule
Tell us whether an unavailable item should be removed, held for confirmation or replaced only with your approval. Keep alternative references separate from items you definitely want. Check each confirmed row against your original list before payment.
Keep personalisation attached to the correct item
Write spelling, number, patch position and quantity beside the relevant reference and size. When different customers request different names, use separate rows or explain them clearly in the notes. Review the final personalised details in your quotation.
Send one complete enquiry
Open “Your list”, check the total number of pieces and enter your delivery country. The message carries the product links, references, requested sizes and quantities. For a long list, use “Copy list” and paste it into WhatsApp. Adding an item does not reserve stock or place a paid order.
Compare reference quantity prices and browse PLAYER-12 or RETRO-10. If you are testing a selection first, read the small-order guide.
