Mixed jersey order checklist for small shops and resellers
Build an itemised list of references, versions, sizes and quantities so a mixed order can be checked line by line.
Use one row for each reference and size
Suggested columns are product link, reference, team and season, version, size, quantity and requested printing. Give the same shirt in two sizes two separate rows. Add a total piece count, and distinguish optional alternatives from items you actually want.
Set a rule for substitutions
Tell the seller whether an unavailable reference should be removed, held for discussion or replaced only after your approval. Ask for availability against each row; the catalogue and an earlier quote do not establish stock for a later reorder. Keep the confirmed list and its date.
Check a sample before repeating a size run
If you choose to order a sample, compare its actual measurements, photos and label with the agreed reference. A sample is useful for your own assessment but does not prove that later batches are identical. Reconfirm the version and measurements for repeat orders and approve any printing spelling separately.

How should I check a mixed jersey quotation?
Reconcile the quotation one reference and size at a time. Keep requested items, optional substitutes and printing instructions in separate fields so changes are explicit.
